In the current market, getting a bid in quickly can make or break a deal and the team was always immediately responsive to our desire to look at various homes on the market when we saw one we liked. In nearly all cases, this meant on the same day. When we wrote offers they were also sent to the seller in very short order. They also helped us understand the nuances of the inspection process before closing. We have recommended them to our closest of friends.

My questions were answered promptly and whole process of selling my house was easy and seamless.

Instead of just listing it (which would have benefitted him), he talked through all of the options and pros/cons of each with us, and given our particular circumstances, that it might be better for us to hold onto the property. So ultimately, we decided not to sell the condo. It's awesome to have a Real Estate agent who is there to truly help us and look out for our best interests over his own. No guidance in the process for first time sellers. For home photos the agent just popped over the night before listing the house and took them with a phone. Outside of initial visit (with home improvement suggestions), and taking home photos with phone we didn’t see him again or really hear from him. Communication came sporadically from his supporting agent.

They treated me like a person with a big decision to make and not just like a customer.
